The Nourish & Flourish Circle is a low-cost monthly membership for women who want to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight without cutting out major food groups, getting generic plans or experiencing harmful side effects. While these extra tracking tools are helpful and may accelerate results, they are not necessary for success.

Hi, I’m Amanda.

I’m a certified lifestyle and health coach who helps women lose weight, balance hormones, and improve their health through sustainable habits and hormone-aware feasting and fasting.

I created Nourish & Flourish Circle as a starting place-a way for women to learn, ask questions, and feel supported without jumping straight into 1:1 coaching or another overwhelming program.

FAQ SECTION

Is this a coaching program?
No. This is an educational membership with general guidance and community support.

Can I ask questions?
Yes-during the monthly live Q&A. Questions are answered generally on our group Zoom.

Is this right for me if I’m postpartum or in perimenopause/menopause?
Yes. Many women in these seasons find the education and group support helpful. Personalized guidance is also available through 1:1 coaching.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel with just a 30 Day Notice by emailing support.
